Refund policy

DELIVERY

Please note that most items are custom made per your order, so they take a few days to ship out. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for holidays or special occasions. If you have something of that nature, please contact us before you order.


US: Shipping is via the USPS and always uses tracking numbers to addresses within the United States.

International: US Postal First Class Mail International. We can provide you with a customs number. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping or a door-to-door tracking number, so we can look into upgrading your shipping for an extra fee. We cannot take responsibility for any duty or taxes your country may impose on goods that come from the United States.

Unclaimed Items / Incorrect Addresses: As we cannot control what happens in your location, it is your responsibility to both provide us with a correct address, and to claim your package from your local customs or post office if it is being held or deemed undeliverable.

In the event that your package is returned as unclaimed by your local customs/post office, or due to providing us with an incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to pay for the new shipment. We are more than happy to work with you to reship your item once you have reconfirmed your address, but please be sure to provide us with correct information and be aware that international shipments often need to be claimed from your local customs or post office.

RETURNS

As most of our items are custom made for you, we are only able to accept returns and exchanges for faulty items or items not as described. We urge you to use the size charts provided in the listings.

Requests for product exchange or refund must be made within 7 days of delivery, and items must be sent back for refund/exchange within 48 hours of approval. Items must be unused, unworn, and have the original tags intact.
