How long will my order take?

We are based in the US and TAROT CARDS are generally delivered within a week to US addresses. Most of our other products are made-to-order. For those, please allow 1-3 weeks delivery time for US orders. If it's an international order, most packages arrive within 3-4 weeks, though it can take from 4-6 weeks based upon how your country handles those packages. We always do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible. 

 

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

We accept exchanges and returns on faulty items, items not as described, or items with quality issues. But please note that currently we are unable to accept exchanges and returns on unwanted items, or in case the customer changes their mind or would like to change for a different product, color, or size. Please carefully follow our size charts, sizing information, and product details in the listing.

 

Why hasn’t my order shipped out yet?

TAROT CARDS ship within 1-2 days, so you should see a tracking update on your order very soon. If you can't find the tracking information, feel free to contact us. 

Please note that most of our other items are made-to-order and are being made with the help of our U.S. manufacturing companies after an order is placed. Most products take approx. a week to be completed and shipped out. There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders. Please rest assured that your order is being fulfilled, and we will contact you if there is a change in the fulfillment timeframe.   

 

Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

Some shipping providers don't offer real-time tracking information - they might delay updating the tracking details by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!  

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship from the U.S. and most of our products are shipped worldwide. However, some countries are excluded from our shipping destinations. If you are unsure, please contact us.  

 

International orders & Import duty taxes

We cannot take responsibility for any duty or taxes your country may impose on goods that come from the United States. Those are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Your kind understanding is appreciated.   

 

I accidentally provided an incorrect/invalid shipping address at checkout. What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we do our best to change your address. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to change the address before the package is shipped, but we’ll try our best.  If an order gets returned to us due to an incorrect/invalid address, we can reship it to a correct address for an extra fee which is the buyer's responsibility to pay. If the buyer would prefer not having the product reshipped, then please note we are not able to refund your order, because currently we don't have the ability to handle and store returns when they are sent back due to an incorrect address. So please always make sure your shipping address is correct.
